How to Delete Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your driver account, follow these steps:
- Open the Driver App on your mobile device.
- On the Home Screen, tap the Menu (☰) icon.
- Select Driver Profile from the menu options.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Driver Profile screen.
- Tap the “Delete Account” button.
- Confirm the deletion when the confirmation message appears.
⚠️ Important:
- Account deletion is permanent.
- All your data, including trip history and profile details, will be removed and cannot be recovered.
- You will no longer be able to log in with this account.
